a088911760 Fix the build if the REMOTE option has *not* been selected, and
there is *no* dependency on ftp/curl - even in that case, Unreal
wants to use the c-ares resolver library!

64e068d25c Update the ftp/curl port to 7.16.0.
Bump PORTREVISION of all dependent ports.
Fix the build errors in the few ports that still use the long deprecated,
and now obsoleted, cURL options.

Thanks to everyone who took the time to look over the patch!

0488197b6a When irssi displays a overlong topic with wide (width > 1) character on the
display margin, it will truncate AFTER that character. That is, the whole wide
character is outputted and mess up the screen.
This patch fixes the problem by truncating BEFORE wide characters that fall
on the display margin.
