Sheldon Hearn	3f8a2a7acc	Add patches that: ... 1) Lower the syslog priority of various messages so that only serious application problems are sent to /var/log/messages and the console using the standard syslog.conf. 2) Log successful login attempts to that POP-before-SMTP log watchers can make use of popd's syslog output.
