73f9d1897c Install the pkg-config files with a -devel suffix to avoid a conflict with 
mozilla-gtk2.  Teach galeon2 to use these new files.  Note, any other app
that depends on these files not having the optional -devel suffix will
need to be re-educated as well.

71366918c7 Restore a signed vs. unsigned patch that was accidentally removed in the

3bdc34c891 Fix following mistake (missed by nork). 
1) Java plug-in path aren't correct and out of date
2) pkg-messages aren't there, which broke the Makefile.
3) Two patches aren't there that make Makefile and pkg-plist
   aren't right.

678bf1eca8 Do not enable -O2 optimization by default. Instead, allow the user 
to enable it by specifying -DWITH_OPTIMIZED_CFLAGS or definining
WITH_OPTIMIZED_CFLAGS in /etc/make.conf.  Note, this is the same flag
mplayer users.
