In Makefile.in, use install-info only if it exists as /usr/bin/install-info
...
and ${PREFIX}/info/dir exists.

This patch now modifies Makefile.in to correctly call install-info:
...
--infodir -> --info-dir
Give --defentry= option as make.texinfo doesn't have @direntry.
