eb48f6f640 Re-enforce caps, no period. An "exceptions" file has been created 
containing the ports editors/vim5, sysutils/star, and one other.

3537bd37f4 Import of g-gcl. 
g-gcl is a set of sample graphic counter language scripts for the creation
of original web counters and timers.  See the graphics/gracula port.
