Don't hardcode /usr/ports/distfiles, use ${DISTDIR} instead.

Don't install files owned by root:wheel with mode gu+s; use u+s instead.
I'm not sure why these need to be setuid root in the first place, but
that's a separate issue.
Bump PORTREVISION.
