The version in this port is from 2003. The current release notes state:

This antique version of the toolchain only runs on i386. Mark it so.

- Normally the audio is generated on the left channel. There is now an option in the soundconfig
to swap left and right channel. Some radios like the TS590 are using the right audio channel via USB (test done by PE1DFQ - Gerard).
- On request from Michael DL3YAP: Added CW ID button to manually send the CW ID as specified in the CW config.
- Name of ID button in the lower status bar changed to WF ID (waterfall ID) to avoid confusion with CW ID.
- Fixed bug: Waterfall font size was not correctly saved.
- Added "Bold" option for Waterfall font.

Another example of an "all" target requiring the "clean" target which
causes a race where object files can be deleted after they are built.
It's easy to fix but indicative the author fundamentally doesn't
understand make dependencies. Dumb.
Something obviously changed within the framework, but I'm confused
how MASTER_SITES was never defined for bcc:
===> bcc-1995.03.12_1 depends on file: /usr/local/sbin/pkg - found
=> bcc.tar.gz doesn't seem to exist in /distfiles/.
===> /!\ Warning /!\
The :DEFAULT group used for bcc.tar.gz is missing
from MASTER_SITES. Check for typos, or errors.
=> Couldn't fetch it - please try to retrieve this
=> port manually into /distfiles/ and try again.

Strangely it's an Warning on FreeBSD 10.3 and an Error on DF. The
result is the same though: impossible to fetch.
