31f088e830 The descr is not a place to just cram the entire README. Instead, take the
first paragraph which gives a good overview, and install the README file.

a84b5b5f94 #4/4 enforcing Caps, no period
[Has anyone figured-out what makes the number 393 so interesting to PW, now?]

I wonder what was going through Jordan's head during his infamous
$Id$-smashing commit.

Before I forget....

Thanks to naddy@mips.rhein-neckar.de (Christian Weisgerber) for prompting
this commit. See msg-id: 7geokh$tje$1@mips.rhein-neckar.de

0b500ba6a4 The program Socket implements access to TCP sockets from shell level.
First written for the need to open a server socket and read and write
to the socket interactively for testing purposes, it quickly evolved
into a generic tool providing the socket interface for shell script
and interactive use. [Juergen Nickelsen <jn@berlin.snafu.de>]
