6f6fbe4bdf - Add LDFLAGS to CONFIGURE_ENV and MAKE_ENV (as it was done with LDFLAGS)
- Fix all ports that add {CPP,LD}FLAGS to *_ENV to modify flags instead

- Update Mk/bsd.sdl.mk for the new shared lib version
- Bump portrevisions for all ports depending on graphics/sdl_gfx

d1f2c486c3 xsw is a tool for generating presentations.
It uses a simple language to describe the slides.

An example xsw file is:

    slide:
      - "Hello" x:50 y:30 align:center
      + "World!"
