56158920f0 Now we use USE_FORTRAN=yes to use FORTRAN compiler.

6a611ee4bd Update distinfo to reflect re-rolled distfile, and add another master
site location for the previous file.

The changes are trivial and don't appear to affect us, so no
PORTREVISION bump.
