c0702d86b7 Um, nothing is broken here. If a PLIST becomes empty (because of
manpage removal in this case, but it applies to any empty PLIST), an
*empty PLIST* should be added. It has always been this way (see
x11/kde, for example).

80140b58bb Yes, removing plist manpages broke this one, too. :)
Actually, this has been broken since asami's compress-all-the-manpages
commit on Nov. 18, _1996_. I'm beginning to suspect that more ports
are in like this...

ef1fa418dd Yes, I damaged pkg_[add|delete] on this one while removing the
manpages, too.

Not that it would have mattered much, since this is marked RESTRICTED.

5424500208 Whoops. I broke pkg_add while removing the manpages from the plist.
Fix pkg_delete while I'm here.

Gee, wouldn't it be nice if bsd.port.mk had support for MLINKs? ;-)

84ece66cd2 Allow a ``make install'' that boched to be re-attempted.
The current version of bsd.port.mk has a bug such that it doens't generate
TMPPLIST at the proper point, and thus all 1st install attempts bomb.
