Bump PORTREVISION of all dependent ports.
Fix the build errors in the few ports that still use the long deprecated,
and now obsoleted, cURL options.
Thanks to everyone who took the time to look over the patch!

Bump PORTREVISION.
While I'm here, I suggest all php users to use the suhosin patch

This port adds support for OCI8 PHP shared extension. It replaces the old
Oracle shared extension which is obsolete and will be dropped (moved to
PECL) in PHP 5.1. This patch also corrects dependency for the Oracle shared
extension (added Oracle client in RUN_DEPENDS).

in bsd.autotools.mk essentially makes this a no-op given that all the
old variables set a USE_AUTOTOOLS_COMPAT variable, which is parsed in
exactly the same way as USE_AUTOTOOLS itself.
Moreover, USE_AUTOTOOLS has already been extensively tested by the GNOME
team -- all GNOME 2.12.x ports use it.
Preliminary documentation can be found at:
http://people.FreeBSD.org/~ade/autotools.txt
which is in the process of being SGMLized before introduction into the
Porters Handbook.
