d5112364c4 fvwm couldn't compile because "make Makefiles" was removed from
bsd.port.mk. This patch fixes it by adding "ALL_TARGETS=Makefile all".

I was having a whale of a time getting hylafax to work with seyon.
faxgetty kept cycling DTR whenever I was trying to run seyon. I did a
little poking around and it looks like the LCK..cuaa1 file should have
the PID of the locking process. seyon didn't, it had some garbage in
the lock file. here is the patch to make seyon lock the port with the PID
in the lock file.

8b6998ea0b Let MASTER_SITE_OVERRIDE be prepended to the MASTER_SITES list instead
of replacing it. This way you can point it to a site close to you
that carries many distfiles, and still let it go fetch from the
original site if the distfile is not there.

wrong with using that as a package name.

Convert Makefile from xasteroids to xpilot along the way. Josh, next
