afa00c242d MAN= cvs.1 cvs.5 cvsbug.8
Don't work on 4.x stable
	MAN= is not recognized in bsd.ports.mk

reverted:
MAN1=		cvs.1
MAN5=		cvs.5
MAN8=		cvsbug.8

Happens for a lot of new ports, see also:

CvsGui features

  WinCvs is written in C++ using the Microsoft MFC.
  MacCvs is written in C++ using Metrowerks PowerPlant.
  gCvs is written in C++ using GNU gtk+.
