4210f39df8 Attempt to import 8 ports at once. I sure hope this will work. 
editors/nvi is a multi-byte extension of nvi-1.79; the rest are pretty
much skeletons (even more so than regular ports) that use most files
from editors/nvi and support for a particular encoding scheme.

These ports were submitted by the author of multilingual nvi patches.

3108729815 Move ldconfig to post-install target so it will be run after installation 
of shared library (the Makefile.lib called in pre-install was for
the static lib).

2894454617 Make installation directory first so "tar -C" won't fail mysteriously 
(by extracting the files in the current directory).  Closes PR

18ecf3a122 Remove files from old version of this software before doing anything in

d4b598a09d Fix for problem indicated in PR #2666: 
Perl5 uses setlocale function.  Recent jp-perl5 linked this order:
        libm libmalloc libc libcrypt libxpg4.
  the function of setlocale in libc has some problems for some locales
  (for example, ja_JP.EUC).

  It is needed to link libxpg4 before libc. I change to correct order
  in configure file of perl5.
