63381591a6 Upgrade to 0.4.0. The PR contained an upgrade to the then latest 0.3.6
(by Bjarne), and an uuencoded update to 0.4.0 by Jonathan -- the port
maintainer. This commit is based on the later, with some modifications
(perl vs. patches, mostly).

913e319765 Fix a problem where pipsecd opens a tun device that was previously used
by another application that had the IFHEAD flag set. This fixes
truncation of incoming and outgoing packets because pipsecd expects this
flags to be cleared.

The MAINTAINER of this port (Patrick Bihan-Faou <patrick@mindstep.com>)
has asked to be removed as the maintainer of the port. As I still use
this port, I am adopting it as it's new MAINTAINER.

f3b9ca556a Upgrade etherboot to 5.0.5, improve pkg documentation and use more
sensible defaults for FreeBSD. Specifically:

Makefile, distinfo:
   upgrade to etherboot 5.0.5

pkg-descr:
improve description on installing on floppy/hd

files/patch-aa:
   implement some FreeBSD-specific defaults, namely:
   + boot1a.s
use a FreeBSD partition type instead of a DOS partition type
   + makerom.c
pad the image size to multiples of 8k instead of powers of 2.
This makes the tulip image fit in the 62 sectors which are
typically unused on the first track of hard disks (other images
were already 16k so there is not a problem with them).
   + Makefile
make the disk loader bin/boot1a.bin be compiled by default
All these diffs are in the same patchfile because they are very
short, version independent (they even work with 5.0.4 and probably
earlier versions of etherboot) and will be contributed back to the
developers, so it is not worthwhile to clutter the ports subtree
   with multiple patches.

41a7272359 Upgrade to version 8.3.0, which contains bug fixes too numerous to mention,
and a few new features. Many of the bugs are related to memory allocation,
and some of BIND's newer features like TSIG, IXFR, etc. Users particularly
interested should take a look at the CHANGES file (see below).

Perhaps the most significant change is the introduction of EDNS0, the ability
to negotiate capabilities between servers. This feature was previously only
available in BIND 9. Whether this is a good idea or not is yet to be seen.

Install more of the documentation, and wrap it all in PORTSDOCS.

1d6acd20d6 Add new port:
utftpd is a TFTP server with fine-grained access control, support for
blksize (RFC 2348), timeout options and support for revision control.

You can assign three different kinds of rights to every client:
- read: the right to read a file.
- write: the right to write to an already existing file.
- create: the right to create a file.

Clients may be specified by a single ip address or a range of
addresses or by ip address and mask.

Revision control is optional and will never be turned on automatically
for any file (you have to do the initial checkin into by hand).

87de83a55d Make OpenH323 check for the ixj driver header files. If they
are not found, extract them from the ixj driver port and use them.
This will make bento build packages for 4.x and 5.x with ixj
support, even though the ixj driver fails to compile on 5.x systems at
this point in time.

bda8e9b3d4 Bring in a few changes to the KDE ports infrastructure, and some fixes.
- Move all stuff specific to kde core ports to x11/kde2/Makefile.kde.
+ Default to compile optimized for speed, not debugging, in ports
builds, not just packages. We don't really get that many backtraces
or debugging information, and there's a better way to provide these
things to people willing to spend some time working on KDE. It's
     at (as announced before): http://freebsd.kde.org/.
 - Remove teTeX dependency for kdegraphics2 upon request, and being unable
to find any reason not to. Apparently, kdegraphics still compiles
libkdvi and kdvi -- I guess dvips is merely a runtime dependency.
Therefore to enable its use one just needs to add the teTeX package.
Bump PORTREVISION to reflect dependency change.
 - Fix koffice port by removing PYTHON_VERSION, which is unnecessary.
