1dc03a8b26 Try to unbreak on amd64-CURRENT.

de1c0ade57 - Unbreak on non-std hardware: Use -DPAGE_PROTECTION_VIOLATED_SIGNAL=SIGBUS 
on all archs except alpha.

9b7be7aab0 Disable printing version upon initialization.

34f7bf0575 If a user has set the EF_ALIGNMENT, EF_PROTECT_BELOW or EF_PROTECT_FREE 
variables, this can cause the ElectricFence self test to fail.

39e0ff9ee1 Remove jraynard as MAINTAINER, since he no longer has an account. 
Move distfiles from ~jraynard/public_html/ports/distfiles/ to
 ~fenner/public_html/distfiles-- this does not imply that I take
 any responsibility for the ports but I'll at least host the
 existing distfiles =)

748713c3f6 As threatened, enforce the "Capital, no period" rule. Ellipses are 
permitted.  Note that, given current numeric motif of PW, this is done
in four equally-sized commits of 393 files each.
