The last update never fetched properly as the tarball was likely rerolled.
I visited the master site and drilled down to the official download
directory where a sha1 hash was provided for the version 3.0.4 download.
I verified the downloaded file had the same sha1 digest listed in the
directory (which actually doesn't mean much because anyone capable of
compromising a tarball on the official download site can also compromise
the digest, but it's the best I can do without the first version.)
No revbump because fetch never passed for anyone.
I could not fix this port on clang. It finds the double argument to the
"to_string" function ambiguious and nothing I tried resolved the
ambiguity. In the end, I cheated by setting USE_GCC=any and I'll leave
the clang fix to a C++ expert.
Alef has been designed to meet very high standards whilst at a very small
size. It was created under the consideration of its primary use for digital
media, and overcomes great challenges in the rendition of small characters
and cross-platform adjustment.
The font supports Hebrew and various European Languages.

there has been a software release with warnings that it contains
security fixes, but the Security Advisories are not yet available and
CVE numbers have not yet been published.
Upstream changes include:
- Add ability to search the FROM header for a given address
- Resumed drafts now use the correct identity
- Lighten folder refresh - let browser cache images and whatnot
- Make sure sender and subject are never blank
- Make sure folder list refresh gets non-empty response
- Remove senseless restrictions on abook nicknames
Port changes include:
squirrelmail:
- Improve installed permissions on all SM files
- Introduce a pkg-help instead of a pre-everything message
- Given the lack of pear-DB (old-style) drivers in the ports
tree, it may be time to retire the DATABASE option altogether?
squirrelmail-translations:
- Depend on squirrelmail by identical PORTVERSION to
prevent strings from being used with a different squirrelmail
revision
