6ed76b477d tkined.sh.in was missing the "$*", which led to the misbehaviour, 
that tkined couldn't be called with an argument : tkined filename1

dce4491a9c Re-import of qpage port which used to live in the misc category. Here's 
the import message used when it was imported to ports/misc:

New port, qpage:

QuickPage sends messages to a paging terminal using the SNPP and IXO
(also known as TAP) protocols.  It is normally used with no options
other than a recipient and the message text, in which case the message
is sent to the SNPP server where it is submitted to a page queue to be
sent by a separate daemon process.

- author was so nice to add a version number in the source file, hurray.
- "dynamically" patch the path to libpgtcl.so ${PREFIX}/pgsql/lib/libpgtcl.so|
  depending on the PREFIX variable using new post-configure script
- tested building, installing, packaging
