Port changes:
* Change to DISTVERSION
* Add LICENSE/LICENSE_FILE
* Fix misspeling in the CONFIGURE_ENABLE for the NEXT_LOOK option
* Add ifdef guarding against non-existing I_PUSH ioctl value
* Regenerate other patches because portlint said they weren't properly generated
* Remove nls translation files (.mo) because they were deleted in configure with
the note that they weren't maintained

Also add license information.

The build fails when devel/libsysinfo is pulled in. This can happen when
graphics/ImageMagick is built with the OPENMP knob on.

The fix for compatibility with boost 1.67 has been upstreamed, so
remove BROKEN.
Upstream has switched from gstreamer 0.10 to gstreamer 1.x, so change
our dependency to match. Don't specify an explicit LIB_DEPENDS in
addition to USE_GSTREAMER1.
Most of the patches to work around various compiler issues have been
upstreamed, so remove them here.
Modernize patch-framework_Library__fwk.mk.
Kakoune is a code editor that implements Vi's "keystrokes as a text
editing language" model. As it's also a modal editor, it is somewhat
similar to the Vim editor (after which Kakoune was originally
inspired).
Kakoune can operate in two modes, normal and insertion. In insertion
mode, keys are directly inserted into the current buffer. In normal
mode, keys are used to manipulate the current selection and to enter
insertion mode.
Kakoune has a strong focus on interactivity, most commands provide
immediate and incremental results, while still being competitive (as
in keystroke count) with Vim.
Kakoune works on selections, which are oriented, inclusive range of
characters, selections have an anchor and a cursor character. Most
commands move both of them, except when extending selection where the
anchor character stays fixed and the cursor one moves around.
See https://vimeo.com/82711574 for a short demo video.
