27b9e535a7 #include <sys/types.h> before <utmp.h> if __FreeBSD__ >= 3. Note there

4311ac9af5 Quick hack of KOI8-R locale to make it work: add ISO8859-1:GR 
also it is not true.
ISO8859-1:GR _always_ searched for pressed 8bit key independently of
locale information, so only ISO8859-1 locales really works.

Remove NO_PACKAGE, because XFree distributed package not have
this fixes.

263c3e5d2e Make this compile even if BuildServer is not defined. The original error 
that raised my attention was the tab used in place of spaces in the
!BuildServer part, but since we aren't building this inside the X Consortium
tree anyway, I believe the conditional check should be taken out.

c98748e6da Finish what the previous revision intended to do, i.e., copy Wraphelp.c 
from DISTDIR if found there, instead of looking for it in DISTDIR and
copying it from X11FIXES (which is no longer defined).

I guess it's impossible to test all cases for a port this size.

92cb149612 Fix Makefiles to work with new bsd.port.mk. Mostly just replacing

b14e9a7cb3 Remove PREFIX=/usr/X11R6, it is already the default if USE_IMAKE (or 
USE_X11) is set.  Besides, we are not supposed to be changing
PREFIX in the Makefiles unless there's absolutely no way other than
that to make it work.

95137d2010 Oh my goodness! Satoshi is finally fed up and decided to "clean up" 
all the COMMENTs!  No package names, no version numbers, no "this is
absolutix-3.1.2" type comments that have zero information contents.

Now, without any bad examples to follow, nobody has an excuse to import
a port with those kind of comments. :)

Phew!  238 ports modified!

8de3884106 Fix the utmp handling that was broken by the security patch. 
It was:
 - setting the euid from the real groupid (yow!)
 - not recovering it's setuid permissions when cleaning the utmp file.
I've left in some diagnostic code for "shouldn't happen" cases.

4157893907 Patch around a security vulnerability in rxvt. Give up root privileges when 
they're not necessary.  RXVT's handling of /etc/utmp is blatantly idiotic
under FreeBSD but at least it's not a security hole anymore.

22f7f0b993 Disable tkman. Convert it to the new format along the way. 
Note that the "BROKEN+=tkman" is not a comment but is just as good as
one, since bsd.port.subdir.mk doesn't understand the BROKEN keyword
yet anyway. ;)

I just noticed that tkman-1.6.tar.Z is gone from the master site.
There is no copy anywhere for copyright reasons and the new
version requires Tk-4.0beta (which we don't have). Could someone add
it to the BROKEN list?

This should get rid of a huge chunk of confusion for novice users!
