00d3c2511d Add BUILD_DEPENDS to p5-URI in order to build on clean environment. 
Use @unexec instead of @dirrm to remove directory which is shared with
  other port.

Use newly introduced %%PARL_ARCH%% for dirname of architecture
dependent libraries.
(i.e. s!%%PERL_VER%%/i386-freebsd!%%PERL_VER%%/%%PERL_ARCH%%!)
