45f9618196 Add the profiled lib (note that `make package' will fail now if you have
your /etc/make.conf set to not build them.  But stock settins should
probably be assumed and the Bento-lead cluster is using stock settings.

ae33ef37fd * Found a new mastersite for the patches. Also found more patches there.
* Fix the build problem that was created when bsd.port.mk started setting
  CXXFLAGS in MAKE_ENV.  The problem is if a port uses a BSD-style Makefile
  and C++, sys.mk will not craft a proper CXXFLAGS because it uses "=?".

0230de8644 This is a libg++ add-on for EGCS releases and later GCC releases.
It is needed only if your applications depend on
libg++ and you cannot easily remove the dependency on libg++.
