55ff798a18 Modify flexbackup to use MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR, and also make pkg/MESSAGE 
more PREFIX-friendly. Also, put flexbackup docs in share/doc/flexbackup.
Reflect this doc change in MESSAGE too.

1b9c475a42 Flexbackup is a flexible "wrapper" around dump, cpio, afio, or tar which helps 
automate doing tape backups (local or remote).
