(avi files and audio still work.) It seems the kaffeine developers
have found this too and are now switching away from libxine in
their git repo - so I guess we'll have a broken kaffeine at least
until they release a new version.
- Bump PORTREVISIONs for ports depending on libxine by default.
- Add optional libbluray support to multimedia/libxine and
multimedia/vdr-plugin-xineliboutput.

Thanx to: Darren Salt (upstream libxine maintainer) for a few
hints on irc to help with patching ports depending
on deprecated libxine features
Import my commit f1794e4 upstream (based on the PR's patch) as well as the
patch to describeresourcejob.h in the PR (which does not apply upstream because
the line it adds is already there).
No need to bump PORTREVISION, this commit only fixes the build for people who
had never been able to build the port anyway.

Ark input sanitization errors:
The KDE archiving tool, Ark, performs insufficient validation
which leads to specially crafted archive files, using unknown
MIME types, to be rendered using a KHTML instance, this can
trigger uncontrolled XMLHTTPRequests to remote sites.
IO Slaves input sanitization errors:
KDE protocol handlers perform insufficient input validation, an
attacker can craft malicious URI that would trigger JavaScript
execution. Additionally the 'help://' protocol handler suffer
from directory traversal. It should be noted that the scope of
this issue is limited as the malicious URIs cannot be embedded
in Internet hosted content.
