3e0e233984 Explicit use of Berkeley DB (careful, DBM users!). 
Fixed use of $local_part in router configurations.
Fixed "unseen" on router or director on deferment of delivery.
Other minor fixes.

Fixed handling of USE_XLIB to deal with =NO correctly.

ecb59a7bd8 GAA simplifies the life of the programmer: you don't have to 
worry about the arguments given to it! A short text written in GAA
language generates C-code which analyses the arguments and creates your
program's help.

6e27856bf7 Fetch the .wad file so that the game is playable. 
Files are now installed in share/doom/ and libexec/doom/. bin/doom is now
a script.
Now the linuxddom port is useful only if one wants joystick support or
the musserver program.

bb0aa544ae curl is a client to get documents/files from servers, using any of the 
supported protocols. The command is designed to work without user
interaction or any kind of interactivity.

curl offers a busload of useful tricks like proxy support, user
authentication, ftp upload, HTTP post, SSL (https:) connections, file
transfer resume and more.

de0d39c4f7 Cleanups: 
- don't pollute CFLAGS with extra optimizer flags
- remove part of patch-ac which forces -pthread instead of -lc_r
  (was included in the main distribution)
- don't name freebsd version in mit-pthreads/config/configure
  explicitly. settings work for 2.*, 3.* and 4.*.
