6338e2b370 Update rtfm to version 0.2. 
That version disables the FAQ search, since it currently does not work with
the DocBook FAQ.

cc6af22566 Import of rtfm, a utility to search through FreeBSD documentation. 
It can currently search the manual pages, the GNU Texinfo pages,
and the FreeBSD FAQ, both online and local.
