546041ba31 As threatened on freebsd-ports: all startup scripts know about the two 
options `start' and `stop' now (unless I have forgotten any). This allows
us to call the scripts from /etc/rc.shutdown with the correct option.

The (42 or so) ports that already DTRT before are unchanged.

4c7124b3db <security-officer> 
Don't install rnews setgid uucp by default - the INN maintainers don't
recommend this binary run with privileges because it is not secure.
Anyone who needs the ability to fetch news via UUCP can rebuild the port
with WITH_UUCP_SECURITY_HOLE defined.

7115490368 Add a RUN_DEPENDS on sysutils/gnomecontrolcenter. 
This is now REQUIRED by ALL GNOMEish applications that install

d7a11bded5 Remove setuid news privileges on inews by recommendation of inn maintainers 
Correct typo from 1.33 which made rnews setuid news, not setgid uucp which it actually
required to implement the intended change.

1e60866cc1 Lots and lots of cleanups. Teach p5-* in general about PKGNAMEPREFIX. 
Add some missing/wrong dependencies.  Show how to respect CC/CFLAGS.  Many
miscellaneous modifications.  I used more excessive hacks to force p5-Jcode
and p5-WWW-Search to respect CC/CFLAGS.

aee517c86c Remove @exec ranlib's. Since pkg_add doesn't change the timestamp, 
these are not necessary (even if the linker cares about the timestamp --
I'm not sure if it does).

6ca5bcbe25 "As installed by the news/aub port, it will only recognize EOL by the \n 
symbol.  Too many postings use \r :( I don't know where they come from
(MACs?), but the included patch seems to make aub work nicer."

39e0ff9ee1 Remove jraynard as MAINTAINER, since he no longer has an account.
