3c088f1b9a Set an expiry date of 2004-08-20 for these BROKEN/IGNORE/FORBIDDEN
ports. They will be removed on or after that date if they are still
broken and no fix has been submitted to GNATS.

f79d0ba32b o Update to Freenet Stable build 5072 released 20040228 snapshot
o This new build incorporates the new "rate limiting" load balancing
mechanism discussed here. Rate limiting has proven surprisingly
effective in the unstable branch, typically keeping a node's load
within a few percentage points of where it is supposed to be.
This is in stark contrast to previous load balancing attempts
where load was continuously so high as to render Freenet nodes
  almost completely useless.

656d57159f Update version 0.5.2.1
a) fixes "major vulnerability in the HTML filter" in the web interface
   http://www.freenetproject.org/ says:
   > 18th July, 2003 - Upgrade to 0.5.2.1
   > Freenet 0.5.2.1 fixes amongst other things a
   > major vulnerability in the HTML filter. Anyone running
   > Freenet should upgrade.

b) situation seems to be serious and urgent update is required.
