9db723e6b9 Import of tclX82 after repo-copy from tclX80, one more step on
the road to obliterating tcl/tk 8.0 from the tree.

Note 1: the patches have been extensively re-worked from the
original submission, to make this port PREFIX-safe,
and also to deal with multiple patchfiles updating the
        same source file.

Note 2: I've left the MAINTAINER as jseger. Justin, you may
want to cast your TCL-expert eye over this one, it seems
        to do the right thing.

546041ba31 As threatened on freebsd-ports: all startup scripts know about the two
options `start' and `stop' now (unless I have forgotten any). This allows
us to call the scripts from /etc/rc.shutdown with the correct option.

The (42 or so) ports that already DTRT before are unchanged.

aae4e4ea89 Oops, this is only actually broken (does not compile) on 3.x, so mark it
as such. Also remove an additional .orig file on deinstall, which probably
shouldn't be there at all, but this port was too big and scary to track
down where it came from.

1e60866cc1 Lots and lots of cleanups. Teach p5-* in general about PKGNAMEPREFIX.
Add some missing/wrong dependencies. Show how to respect CC/CFLAGS. Many
miscellaneous modifications. I used more excessive hacks to force p5-Jcode
and p5-WWW-Search to respect CC/CFLAGS.

ffb21b5654 Rename INSTALLS_SHLIBS to INSTALLS_SHLIB. (There was a typo in the
previous commit message to bsd.port.mk, which said INSTALL_SHLIBS. Boo.)

Line up the rhs of variable assignments nicely. Remove a couple of extra
whitespaces while I'm here.

Also, add INSTALL.tclsh to ja-tcl*, otcl, and itcl. The latter
two technically don't need it since they depend on another library
which will pull the (DE)?INSTALL.tclsh stuff in, but I'm changing

9c0d74037c Separate the Python Tk module from the main port. I've been
wanting do to this for a long time now. Now we got rid of the stupid
dependency on Tcl/Tk and save some checks in python's makefile.

Update the dependent ports accordingly.

1353f66bf5 Fix building of SML/NJ under 4-CURRENT after 1999/7/25.
The trap handler returns different information after this date for
numeric error conditions. Since kern.osreldate is not a reliable
indicator of when this change occurred, we revert to checking for
the presence of a particular #define in <machine/trap.h> to decide
if the SML/NJ runtime sources need to use the newer interface.

a6d7ea1d57 move IPv6-enable python to python+ipv6 and revert origial python
to before IPv6.

Since IPv6-enable python make bigger the size of sockaddr, some of scripts
are affected. I maintain python+ipv6 separately to minimize impact for users.
It will be removed when IPv6 patches are merged into original distribution,
such as ruby.
