6415e3865d Use "ftpsearch.ntnu.no" as the default server. Seems to be quite fast and
upto date.

ee6e58e035 The default Archie server is now "archie.rutgers.edu".
This servers seems slow to me, but my 1st two favorates (at sura.net and
ans.net) don't DNS resolve anymore.

I welcome sugguestions for other default Archie servers to use.

PR: ports/7077

820ae6c439 Point MASTER_SITES to a server that actually exists; nic.sura.net was
presumably decommissioned when BBN Planet bought SURANet.

95137d2010 Oh my goodness! Satoshi is finally fed up and decided to "clean up"
all the COMMENTs! No package names, no version numbers, no "this is
absolutix-3.1.2" type comments that have zero information contents.

Now, without any bad examples to follow, nobody has an excuse to import
a port with those kind of comments. :)

Phew! 238 ports modified!

ac3066bf75 Add CATEGORIES lines to a whole bunch of port Makefiles. Some ports are in
multiple catagories - I'll expect the various MAINTAINERS to make further
adjustments (and add any KEYWORDS lines) themselves.
