f5ec537f78 upgrade dnews to most recent FreeBSD version 4.2j 
added faq from www server
revamped directory structure, port now uses:
	/var/log/dnews
	/var/spool/dnews
	${PREFIX}/lib/dnews
the cgi stuff isn't tested

47a23f8d6f This is an old dnews version. 
The files have been moved to oldversions on the master ftp site.
Although it's an old version I want to keep this version, because
it's (together with dnews3) the only dnews port I have tested.

Later I think there might be only one tested 4.2 version called
dnews.

16358d325d Fix up PLIST. 
(1) pkg_* can't handle absolute paths, so use two @cwd's and relative paths
    throughout.

(2) pkg_* can't handle FIFOs, so use mkfifo to create it and rm to delete it.

(3) pkg_* can't handle empty directories, so create them with mkdir.

(4) the @mode/@owner/@group directives don't appear to work so use @exec
    to set all the modes.

6ef4ce131f Don't grep /etc/passwd and /etc/group for checking the existance of 
users since it doesn't see yp/nis.  Use 'pw {user|group} show ...' and
check the return code, otherwise the script can try and add an already
existing user or group.

5aba486ebe Change nonexistent host sol.cs.ruu.nl to ftp.cs.ruu.nl .

Castrate configure's checks for elf.h.  Now that FreeBSD has an elf.h,
Vim thought we were SysV!   (yea, right, only when they pry this keyboard
from my cold stiff dead hands!)

f53e58d1c8 Move @unexec install-info before "^info/mtools.info$" line; otherwise 
pkg_delete will fail with missing info file (the file will have been
deleted by the time install-info is executed).
