80ec5b25dc Remove the xforms induced "BROKEN_ELF" as xforms has been upgraded so it
works with ELF.

Also: Update xldlas's MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR as sunsite evidently restructured
in May according to Fenner's survey.

XFroms Cool Environment

XFCE is a X toolbar that allow user to easily launch programs.
When  you use with fvwm, it can switch desks.
