Added some extra MASTER_SITES. Note, only one of them still has version 1.05
(which is what we try to fetch). The others have 1.08 and 1.1.

Reordered vars where needed. Added MAINTAINERS where needed, many

Add CATEGORIES lines to a whole bunch of port Makefiles. Some ports are in
multiple catagories - I'll expect the various MAINTAINERS to make further
adjustments (and add any KEYWORDS lines) themselves.
