5b99e06460 Modify this patch to change the original makefile's installdoc target 
`make reinstall' won't install docs into wrong place.
Noticed by:	obrien
(Closing PR #2132.)

Also some modification to change the makefile's install* targets to
do chown bin.bin on installed files.

9a84e6bfb5 pgcc-current is a developer release of gcc 2.7.2 with pentium 
optimizations. The motivation to make a separate pgcc port is, to
provide two versions, an official release, which is missing the
leading edge of developement and an interesting current version,
which fixes some things and might breake (or not) others.

Fact is, that one is able to compile and run a complete FreeBSD-current
kernel without trouble and so closes 2 PR's.

40ebcbaa4c Add new variable IGNOREFILES, to be set to list of files that you don't 
want md5 checksum calculated.  (It will create an entry in files/md5
with rhs "IGNORE".)  Now it's safe to do a "make makesum" on all ports.

933bd1d4c4 Move EXTRACT_SUFX to right place. Add library version number to 
LIB_DEPENDS.  Remove "v" from tar extract, we don't do this in our
default rule.  Use ${MKDIR} instead of mkdir -p.  Remove USE_X11,
it is already implied by USE_IMAKE.

14a6c1edea Remove patch to Makefile, this port uses imake. 
I don't want to be stingy but this really has to stop.  That's 17KB of
garbage in the CVS tree right there.

b39a992973 Change shared library version numbers to "1.0". Move EXTRACT_SUFX 
to right place.  Add ldconfig to post-install target and @exec in PLIST
so the shared library will be registered.  Remove patch between two
versions of "Makefile.old".

These things are all described in the handbook.  Andreas, can you please
read it?
