ports also linking to poppler. The poppler is the one that has shared library

* Session Saving
Open windows, window's geometry and search history are now saved and
restored when restarting the editor. The feature is basic, it just
restores open files with the same layout and cursor position but it
does not keep track of links.
* Output window
The captured output and search results are now displayed is a docked
window (Visual Studio like) so it preserves original layouts when
pointing out errors. It makes the editor a bit more IDE-like.
The old system is still available.
* Command line option to open a file at given line number
This feature allows simple integration with other application.
The editors/beav port got broken on -CURRENT by the removal of the sgtty
programming interface. Patch this port to use termios. The source code
already contained support for termios, but was mistakenly covered by
#ifdef __GLIBC__.

If ICONV support is turned off then i18n support (turned on by default) must
also be disabled, otherwise vile ignores all keyboard input.
Strangely, xvile does not exhibit this behavior.
editors/2bsd-vi. It does, however, now conflict with editors/nvi-m17n.
Remove dead MASTER_SITES.
Remove unnecessary RELENG_4 hack.
