bbfb2cdea9 Build british dictionary with ISPELL_BRITISH=yes instead of `make british'.

Add norvegian dictionary (ports/16533)
Don't create a dummy file in ${WRKSRC}. It is only valid when emacs is a link
to xemacs.

7c45758b34 DEINSTALL: Offer to kill all running cvsupd processes. Remind 
the user to remove the client's home directory and the mirrored
files.

INSTALL:  Create a home directory for the client user, since one
is needed to hold the authentication key file.  Also create an
empty "auth" file so that its permissions will be right.  Set the
gcos fields more appropriately.

7d9b12659e Fix this port on 3.x. 
Side note: this is really gross.  Can someone explain to me why this won't
work if the assembler files are named blah.s instead of blah.S?

4bba7fd948 Fix again the problem with tixwish core dumping. I thought it was resolved 
with rev 1.29, but apparently `-fwritable-strings' was not taken into
account. Now add a post-configure target to explicitly set CFLAGS in
Makefile.

c72e6d240a Update the XFree86 3.3.6 port to: 
- contain the released Rage128 patch (but unfortunately this does
          not solve all problems with this card under FreeBSD)
	- fix the release date "January 1999" --> "January 2000"
	- make it possible to build a package
	  (PLIST problem: lib/X11/doc/BetaReport is not installed with 3.3.6)

This port installs a plugin for xmms that allows you to use xmms
for streaming music (or whatever) to icecast servers.  Multiple bitrate
streams and title streaming is not supported.

76acab505b Add four new ports for various portions of the Polytechnique 
Montreal Modula-3 (PM3) distribution.  This is the most actively
maintained Modula-3 distribution, and I will probably make CVSup use
it soon.

These ports work for FreeBSD 2.x, 3.x, and 4.x on the i386, and
FreeBSD 4.x on the Alpha.
