Rename all USE_X11 to USE_X_PREFIX. Requires 1.279 (3.0-current) or
1.227.2.41 (2.2-stable) of bsd.port.mk for this to be interpreted
correctly.

${CP} -> ${INSTALL_MAN} and change a multi-source copy to a .for loop so
the contents of MAN1 doesn't have to be repeated twice. Move MAN1 up
to the variables' section.
