Eitan Adler	c59a3834c4	At the moment 1385 ports use BUILD_DEPENDS= ${RUN_DEPENDS} and 450 ... ports use BUILD_DEPENDS:= ${RUN_DEPENDS}. This patch fixes ports that are currently broken. This is a temporary measure until we organically stop using := or someone(s) spend a lot of time changing all the ports over. Pav Lucistnik	c6254c1a30	Add jps, a perl wrapper to "ps(1)" that gets its output and maps pids to jails. ... The wrapper takes all "ps(1)" options and passed then to the "ps(1)" if some specified. When no options specified the wrapper uses default options. No additional software or tools like "jailer(8)" needed.
