Fix the ports.
There is not 'strlcpy' function here or in system.
So I replaced to strncpy.

- Updated the xsoldier port from 0.95 to 0.96.
- Got complete ports files from the author.
- contributed patch-ab myself, removed one unnecessary inclusion
of malloc.h from manage.c
