Point all www/py-requests dependants to www/py-requests1 in preparation for
the upgrade of www/py-requests to version 2.x, which substantially breaks API
compatibility.
Maintainers of these ports can update their requests dependency independently
as time for sufficient testing permits.

Since this patch converts all affected ports, bsd.cran.mk no longer supports

The port has no maintainer, there has been no upstream release since 2008
and it fails to build on HEAD and FreeBSD 10.
Unless someone steps up to maintain the port (even though I don't see why)
and fix it, it will be removed in a few weeks.
