b53f2958fe The recently comitted BPM port fails to handle the new INDEX file 
format, which has had several fields added to it.  In addition, it
reacts badly when parse errors occur on the INDEX file, resulting in
double free()s.  The patch works around both of these problems
until the next formal release.

e395252d9a Update to IMMS version 1.2a. The functionality for classification has been 
split back out so this is a General, not a Visualization, XMMS plug-in.
The sox program is now used to scale music for classification, and in
general things should be far faster using more optimal SQL with SQLite 3.
Since analysis is not integrated with XMMS playback directly, instead of
"demand-classification" the analyze program can be run beforehand and
you will immediately start off with smoother transitions between musical
genres.

5bf13aab09 Update to Ora^WPostgreSQL 8i^H.0beta2. New features since the 7.X series 
include: point in time recovery, save points (ie, nested transactions),
table spaces, a new perl server side language, and a whole host of other
features (*grumble* native win32 *grumble*).  Unlike previous development
snapshots, there are actual release notes now, which can be found here:

685ce55e3e - Drop home grown minimal version check of dependency. We don't do this now.

e5d6fe47d0 The 2.01a38 distfile has been re-rolled. In the new version of the distfile 
two GCC warnings were silenced, some typos in comments fixed, some older
changlogs removed and rants about Linux updated.
