7a52687601 Fix wrong order of PLIST. 
'ldconfig -m %B' must be next after libraries and shouldn't be next after
include files because '%B' represents the prefix of previous file.
And sort alphabetically.

6c799f30c2 Upgrade to v6.4. 
This version of port does not support complete packing list
for -DMULTIBYTE, -DUSE_PERL or -DUSE_ODBC options.  I'll
fix it later.

dd5734da93 Import of ja-dvi2dvi v 1.0 
The program dvi2dvi is a DVI to DVI transformer. It can transform from
a dvi file created by ASCII Japanese TeX/pTeX into a NTT JTeX type of dvi file,
as well as the opposite transform of that.

6c26922c25 iv requires Xlib. While I'm here, change japanese/iv from BUILD_DEPENDS

81dd8bc5a7 We don't need perl5, so call the script with "/usr/bin/perl" instead of 
"${PERL}" -- otherwise we'll need to depend on ports/lang/perl5 for -stable.

a147e1cee7 Remove NO_WRKDIR tests from targets copied from bsd.port.mk. Since 
NO_WRKDIR is a port variable, not a user variable, it made no sense
for these to be here in the first place.
