Akinori MUSHA	2e87c89fc5	Back out the previous commit. That one has a problem which occurs on ... cross-language master-slave ports. I just wonder how I could overlook this. Will Andrews	1e60866cc1	Lots and lots of cleanups. Teach p5-* in general about PKGNAMEPREFIX. ... Add some missing/wrong dependencies. Show how to respect CC/CFLAGS. Many miscellaneous modifications.
