Ion-Mihai Tetcu cc0011a6b3 - install all needed share libs ...

- Add a missing static library to pkg-plist so that it gets
deinstalled correctly.
- USE_LDCONFIG so that the user doesn't have to specify LD_LIBRARY_PATH
and kill the now obsolete  pkg-message.
