Bill Fumerola 2c056b39cc Original PR upgraded to 1.7.0, 1.7.1 was released, so I upgraded it one step ... further. patch-ac had to be modified because of some line differences in the configure script, but it is functionally the same. MAINTAINERship of this port changed, with the approval of both the former and new MAINTAINER. I also added MASTER_SITE_SUNSITE and removed the former maintainer's personal distsite.
