Satoshi Asami 6b3ced65a9 Move Makefile.inc to ${FILESDIR}, copy it to ${WRKSRC} during extract 
and include it explicitly.

The previous method of relying in the implicit inclusion of "../Makefile.inc"
broke when WRKDIRPREFIX is set.
