Stefan Eßer 1449f40eb6 Initial port of the KDE support libraries. Required by all other parts of KDE. 
The use of --x-inc and --x-lib to pass in multiple directories is a hack,
and should be replaced by a more robust approach. It works, but relies on
implementation details of the configure script.
