Detailed log:
- Update to upstream version 1.8.0
- New default OPTION
  TESTS: Build with regression tests
- Now choice possible between different math libs:
  SYSLIBM (-lm)
  OPENLIBM (math/openlibm)
  APPLIBM (bundled), default
