Ade Lovett 7115490368 Add a RUN_DEPENDS on sysutils/gnomecontrolcenter. 
This is now REQUIRED by ALL GNOMEish applications that install
anything into ${PREFIX}/etc/CORBA or ${PREFIX}/share/gnome
